Last updated: 17 October 2026. These conditions apply to every booking and gift voucher. Please read them before you pay.
1. Who you are booking with
Your contract is with GLAMP ECO LIMITED, trading as glamp.eco. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17316248. Registered office: 3 Weekley Wood Close, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN14 1UQ. Contact: or our contact form, or phone .
glamp.eco is independent and is not affiliated with Universal. We do not sell Universal Studios tickets. Park tickets are not included in any booking.
2. Your booking
- The lead guest must be 18 or over and must stay for the whole booking.
- Your booking is confirmed when we email you a booking confirmation. Check it straight away and tell us about any mistakes.
- The number of guests and dogs must not exceed what is shown for your pod.
3. Bookings from 2031
We are building our pods now. Stays are available from the opening of Universal Studios Bedford, which Universal expects in 2031. Your booking reserves a specific pod for the dates you choose.
Price promise
The price on your booking confirmation is the price you pay. We will not increase it, even if our prices go up before your stay.
Pre-booking price
Bookings made on or before 31 December 2030 are charged our pre-booking price, which is £30 per pod per night less than our standard price. From 1 January 2031 all new bookings are charged the standard price. Hot tub, dog and one-night charges are not discounted.
Payment
We take full payment when you book.
Changing your dates
You can change your dates free of charge, as often as you like, up to 30 days before your arrival date, to any available dates from 2031 to 2040. Within 30 days of arrival your dates are locked in and cannot be changed. If the new dates are priced differently, the price is worked out from the price list in force when you first booked. We refund any difference or ask you to pay it before we confirm the change.
Cancelling and getting a refund
You can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date and we will refund everything you have paid, with no fee and no reason needed. Within 30 days of arrival your booking is locked in and cannot be refunded, except as set out under “If the resort opening is delayed”, “If we cannot provide your stay” and section 9. Email or our contact form or use "My bookings". We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
Because your booking is for accommodation on specific dates, the legal 14-day cancellation period does not apply to it. Our refund promise above replaces it and gives you more.
If the resort opening is delayed
If Universal Studios Bedford has not opened by your arrival date, or its opening date moves, you can choose to move your stay free of charge to any available dates within 12 months of the actual opening date, or cancel for a full refund. The price promise still applies.
If we cannot provide your stay
If we cannot provide your pod or stay on your dates for any reason, including building delays or permissions, we will tell you as soon as we know. You can choose alternative dates, a comparable pod, or a full refund within 14 days.
Photos marked “for illustration only” show our pod designs; colours, finishes, layout and fittings may change. If your finished pod will not have a feature listed on your booking (for example a hot tub, river view or ensuite), we will tell you before your stay and you can move to another pod or cancel for a full refund.
4. Free shuttle and parking
- The free shuttle between glamp.eco and Universal Studios Bedford runs from the resort's opening. It is included in every stay at no extra cost.
- Your seats are reserved when you book. We will send the timetable and drop-off point before your stay. The drop-off point is set by the resort and local authorities.
- We will do our best to run to time but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or resort rules. Please allow extra time if you have a timed ticket or booking at the park.
- Parking on site is free for the length of your stay. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner's risk.
5. Your stay
- Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 11am.
- Quiet hours are [10pm to 8am].
- Use firepits and log burners only as shown in your pod guide. No fires anywhere else on site.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near hot tubs and the river. The site is next to the River Great Ouse, which is deep and fast-flowing in places.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside pods.
- You are responsible for damage caused by your group or your dogs, beyond normal wear and tear. We will tell you what happened and the reasonable cost of repair before charging you.
- We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, if their behaviour puts others at risk or causes serious disturbance.
6. Dogs
- One dog is welcome in every pod, at £25 per stay, and must be included in your booking.
- Keep dogs on a lead on site and clean up after them.
- Do not leave dogs alone in a pod. While you are at the park, use a daycare or sitter. Any daycare we mention is an independent business, and you book and agree terms with them directly.
7. Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 6 years from the date of purchase and can be used against any pod, any season, including Universal opening year.
- You can cancel a voucher for a full refund within 14 days of buying it, provided it has not been used.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
8. Our liability to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these conditions or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for Universal park tickets, travel or other bookings you make yourself.
Nothing in these conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
9. Events outside our control
If something outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, flooding, a pandemic or government restrictions, prevents your stay, we will offer you new dates or a full refund.
10. Complaints
If something is wrong during your stay, tell us straight away so we can put it right. Other complaints: email or our contact form. We will reply within 14 days.
11. Law
These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
